Joanna works mainly with corporate clients - establishment, transformation, liquidation of companies, protection and legal representation in civil and commercial cases conducted by and against our corporate clients, administrative proceedings related to European programs as well as special registration proceedings.
She loves challenges related to various legal cases and their prevention, which is expressed in the precise preparation of company documentation. Joanna studied law at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski”, and before that she defended her diploma thesis with honors on the topic: “Mancipation according to the institutions of Guy ”at the National Classical Lyceum. Fluent in English and French.
